Our approach to working with teams is tailored to meet the business objectives of that team and help members determine the most effective ways to accomplish their work. This includes consideration of individual and team strengths and opportunities, the organizational context within which the team operates and the purpose of the team.
The tools and change processes used to create a high performing team will be determined by the specific needs identified at the beginning of the team development process. A number of information gathering approaches can be used including one-on-one interviews, MBTI assessments, the Drexler-Sibbett change model, leadership and personality assessments and measures of emotional intelligence.
